Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Claims Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Washington State or Oregon. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported claims, and providing exceptional service to policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts. Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering high-volume incoming calls and providing written communication for all lines of business
  • Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications to efficiently manage claims and customer information
  • Actively participating in department initiatives and goals, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics, including call volume, quality of call, and attendance

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals who possess the following qualities:

  • 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment
  • Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and empathy

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Data entry and computer application skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and empathy
  • Claims processing and insurance claim processing experience a plus
  • Liability and auto claims experience a plus
  • Experience with multiple computer applications and systems

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $20-$23 per hour
  • Shift: First shift, 7 AM - 5 PM
  • Work hours: Flexible schedule to meet business needs
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)
