VP of Supply Chain, Americas

Vice President, Supply Chain (Americas) The Opportunity We are seeking a high-impact Vice President of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain for a private equity-backed CPG company, Thriving Brands (thriving-brands.com/brands). In this role, you will scale our operations, drive margin expansion, and optimize working capital. You are a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate growth goals into efficient, scalable supply chain networks. This position reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Role & Responsibilities

• Contract Manufacturing Strategy:

You are the architect of our co-manufacturing ecosystem. Your mission is to build a resilient, agile network that fuels our innovation pipeline. You will champion our growth by sourcing best-in-class partners, negotiating win-win commercial terms, and implementing rigorous performance scorecards that ensure we consistently deliver on quality, cost, and service.

• Systems & Data Leadership:

You will serve as the strategic lead for our NetSuite ERP, transforming it from a system of record into an engine for scalability. Your focus is on empowering the business with real-time, data-driven insights—leveraging analytics to sharpen decision-making, optimize planning, and accelerate our path to EBITDA growth.

• Operations & Margin Expansion:

You will command our end-to-end operations, orchestrating S&OP to harmonize demand, supply, and finance. You will be a relentless driver of margin expansion, uncovering efficiencies across the entire value chain—from sourcing and logistics to manufacturing.

• Logistics & Fulfillment:

You will own the customer experience by optimizing our 3PL relationships and fulfillment networks. Your goal is to achieve industry-leading OTIF performance, ensuring our products reach retail and e-commerce customers flawlessly, every time. Required Qualifications:

• Extensive CPG/Personal Care Experience:

10+ years in supply chain leadership, specifically within high-growth environments.

• Contract-Manufacturer Expert:

8+ years demonstrating success sourcing, auditing, and managing complex co-manufacturing networks.

• Strategic Oversight:

Experience leading all aspects of the supply chain including S&OP, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and fulfillment.

• NetSuite Proficiency:

3+ Years experience utilizing NetSuite as a core tool for supply chain scalability.

• Financial Acumen:

Strong track record of driving margin expansion, working capital optimization, and EBITDA improvement.

• Organizational Leadership

: Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Change Management & Talent Development

: Experience leading organizational change, scaling teams, and developing talent to support rapid business growth. Preferred Qualifications:

• NetStock experience or similar inventory planning tools.
• Expertise scaling supply chains for omnichannel (retail + e-commerce) distribution.
• Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulatory environments.
• Strategic Oversight: Lead all aspects of the supply chain including S&OP, demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and fulfillment.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000
• Bonus: 20% target
• Comprehensive benefits package
