Real Estate Sales & Operations Specialist (Dispositions + Transaction Management)
JOB OVERVIEW: This is not a typical sales job and not a typical transaction coordinator role. It's Both! You will be responsible for:
- Selling deals to investors
- Managing those deals through closing
You are responsible for the deal from contract to close. If you are only strong in sales or only strong in admin work, this will not be a fit.

About the Role
This is a 50/50 hybrid role combining:
- Dispositions (Sales)
- Transaction Management (Operations)
You will own the deal from signed contract to closing. That means
- You sell the deals
- You manage communication between sellers, title companies, and others involved
- You help ensure all deals close
Responsibilities-Deal Ownership (Start to Finish)
- Take full ownership of deals from contract to closing
- Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and title companies
- Keep all parties aligned and ensure deals move forward
Dispositions (Sales)
- Sell off-market investment properties to cash buyers
- Build and maintain relationships with investors
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up consistently to move deals forward
Transaction Management (Operations)
- Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and sellers
- Help resolve issues that may delay closing (title issues, access, communication)
- Track deal progress and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (REsimpli)
Buyer Network Growth
- Build and strengthen a reliable buyer network over time
- Learn buyer preferences and match deals effectively
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission Structure
- Expected earnings: $60K – $120K+
- Uncapped earning potential for high performers
This role rewards people who produce results, not just stay busy. Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Real estate or legal transaction experience HIGHLY preferred, such as:
- EX: Real Estate Agent
- EX: Transaction Coordinator
- EX: Paralegal (2+ years preferred)
- Sales experience HIGHLY recommended (high-ticket or client-facing preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals at once
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
➕ Preferred (Not Required)
- Real estate investing experience
- Experience working with investors or cash buyers
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., REsimpli)
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator who can both sell and manage relationships
- Organized enough to handle moving parts across multiple deals
- Scrappy and resourceful—figures things out without being told
- Competitive and motivated by income
- Takes ownership and responsibility seriously
Someone who is only a salesperson or only an admin will not succeed in this role. Reality Check

- You will deal with imperfect situations (communication gaps, access issues, etc.)
- Some days are sales-heavy. Some days are operations-heavy. Most are both.
