Responsibilities and Duties
As a Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling high-volume inbound calls from customers who need our moving services
- Being self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
- Working well in a fast-paced Call Center atmosphere
- Basic computer navigation and proficiency in our CRM system
- High energy and enthusiasm on the phones, with the ability to "assume the close"
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:
- Punctual and reliable on a daily basis
- Willing to participate in our pre-employment background check
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and CRM systems
Compensation Structure
As a Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation structure that includes:
- $14-$17.00 per hour plus commission
- Agents averaging $20-$25/hourly with commissions added
- Opportunities for overtime and bonuses

Schedule
