Job Summary

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on arenaflex's website and social media channels. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Your primary goal will be to create a positive customer experience and drive sales for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels in a timely and efficient manner

  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful resources and information
  • Offer promotional discounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities to customers
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using a computer and mobile device, with experience in online chat platforms and social media
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access arenaflex's website and social media channels
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
