Job Summary

You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website and social media channels in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful resources and information

- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
