Responsibilities of a Billing Customer Service Representative at arenaflex
As a Billing Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Review and Manage Patient Claims: You will review patient claims on an individual basis, investigating and managing all credits, refunds, and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
