Manage event logistics, including staffing, scheduling, menu execution, and service flow. Lead, train, and supervise catering staff to ensure high standards of service. Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control. Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
