Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support throughout the day by:
- Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a professional and decisive manner
- Building sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $27,669.00 - $51,188.00, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer:
