Experienced Inbound Customer Support Representative – Residential Property Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours.
- Pre-screening inbound calls based on motivation level and property details in an effort to schedule appointments.
- Fulfill tasks as requested by the Property Managers.
- Enter all calls are logged and routed to the appropriate team member.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively execute each.
- Previous customer service experience, with telephone experience preferred.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to grow within the company.
- Personable and team player with experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.
