Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Service Associate and Conversational AI Trainer, you'll be responsible for:
- Teaching AI chatbots to engage with customers: You'll have conversations with our AI chatbots to measure their progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Writing novel conversations: You'll create diverse and engaging conversations on a range of topics to teach our AI chatbots what to say.
- Evaluating AI performance: You'll compare the performance of different AI models to ensure we're delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Research and fact-checking: You'll research and fact-check AI responses to ensure accuracy and originality.

Qualifications

Shift
