Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to lead our team of entry-level ETL analysts and data entry professionals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on technical guidance and support, collaborating with senior leadership to align team efforts with our company vision, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

As our Data Entry Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our team and our business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of data entry and data analyst professionals: You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting our team members, providing technical guidance and support, and helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Providing hands-on technical guidance and support: You'll be expected to step in and provide technical guidance and support when needed, ensuring that our team members are able to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership: You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to align our team efforts with our company vision, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated.
  • Managing diverse personalities and team dynamics: You'll be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment, managing diverse personalities, and ensuring that our team members are able to work effectively together.
  • Overseeing the use of tools: You'll be expected to manage the use of tools and technologies, with a preference for experience in GIS data tools but not required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong technical background and excellent leadership and team management skills. Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:

  • Proven experience managing data teams: You'll need to have experience managing data teams, ideally within data entry, data analysis, or ETL processes. Experience with GIS a huge plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ETL tools and processes: You'll need to have a strong technical background in ETL tools and processes, with the ability to provide hands-on technical guidance and support.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills: You'll need to have excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities and manage team dynamics: You'll need to be able to work with diverse personalities and manage team dynamics effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
