Customer Experience
As a Customer Support Lead at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our overall customer experience. This will involve:
- Living and breathing our customer support portal (Gorgias) and addressing inbound customer questions across channels, via chat, email, phone, and more
- Overseeing daily customer support operations to ensure timely, empathetic, and effective resolution of issues
- Proactively identifying issues that could impact a customer's experience, such as weather and/or transportation delays
- Analyzing top customer pain points and relaying key issues and ideas to the co-founders and rest of the team
- Helping establish performance goals and ensuring team members are equipped with the tools and skills to meet them
- Being a team leader/coach and assisting other agents with escalations and unique cases
Special Projects
As a Customer Support Lead at arenaflex, you'll also have the opportunity to gain holistic business-building and startup experience by helping the co-founders and other directors with various projects and initiatives related to marketing, product, growth, and more. This will involve:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
- Developing and implementing new strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize customer support operations
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Lead at arenaflex, you'll need:
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in e-commerce and consumer brand environments
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A positive, empathetic, and resilient personality, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Gorgias or similar customer support software, with experience in AI apps a plus
- A flexible problem-solving approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret metrics and inform business decisions
