Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound client calls to provide exceptional service and support
- Communicating effectively with clients and coworkers through various visual mediums
- Maintaining attention to detail in documentation, appointments, and client information
- Managing time effectively to keep meetings and appointments on schedule, both remotely and in-office
