Job Summary

As an experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient pharmacy operations. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and pharmacy operations will be essential in delivering a unique and delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications, under direct supervision.

  • Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patients and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote patient-centric care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medication lists, and inventory management.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications.
  • Participate in training and development programs to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy and healthcare.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy managers and pharmacists to develop and maintain strong relationships with the local healthcare community.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting; pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills, with experience in pharmacy systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy and retail company.

  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent.
  • Experience with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications.
  • Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
