Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, accurately assessing their situations, and presenting complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Navigating multiple systems to gather relevant information and provide exceptional support
- Embracing a client-centric approach, focusing on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
- Collaborating with tenured teammates, structured training, and regular meetings with your manager to ensure seamless support and continuous improvement
- Participating in monthly coaching sessions, thought-provoking career advancement programs, and stretch opportunities to drive professional growth and development
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
- Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is a plus
- Ability to navigate complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt to change
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Reliable internet connection (30 mbps download/10 mbps upload) and a professional workspace with a private, secure, distraction-free area
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and software applications
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
