The Role
As an experienced full stack product manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our conversational AI platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth. Your expertise will be essential in defining product requirements, developing and implementing new features, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of new features and enhancements for our conversational AI platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Define product requirements and develop detailed product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop solutions that meet their expectations
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes
- Conduct regular product reviews and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
* 4-year college degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop data-driven solutions
- Experience with product management tools, including Jira, Asana, and Trello
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, including Dialogflow, Botpress, and Rasa
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong understanding of customer experience design principles and human-centered design methodologies
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
