Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Product Management-Tech at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for setting the vision and product roadmap for our flagship suite of VoC products. You'll lead cross-functional teams to execute on that vision, driving strategic growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your technical product expertise will be crucial in shaping the strategy and addressing complex technical challenges while driving forward-thinking approaches. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Defining the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for the VoC product portfolio, and leading cross-functional teams to execute against the vision
• Working with leaders across science, tech, product/program management to identify and manage new and existing opportunities, initiatives, and processes
• Diving deep into technical details, evaluating trade-off decisions, and asking meaningful questions of scientists or engineers
• Contributing to a team culture of innovation, generating big ideas, and solving highly ambiguous problems
• Building and developing high-performing teams, working cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make trade-offs
• Measuring and analyzing existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve
• Delivering long-lasting foundational systematic solutions that pave the way for effective use of AI/Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Defining clear goals and objectives for the business in the planning and execution space, identifying risks, and strategizing mitigation plans
• Influencing senior leaders across arenaflex and communicating the VoC AI/ML vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact

As a Senior Manager, Product Management-Tech at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. A typical day for you might involve:

• Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, working with product and technology teams within Customer Service
• Collaborating with senior leaders across arenaflex to drive collaboration and influence project prioritization, objectives, and business plans
• Overseeing key workstreams, including product strategy and delivery, stakeholder updates, monthly roadmap reviews, business reviews, and organizational goal setting

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high-growth environment
• Experience leading cross-functional software development teams, operations, UX Designer, and other Product Managers
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a high-performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company
• Experience working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders
• Experience directly managing cross-functional teams

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
