Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Healthcare Administration

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies, correcting records, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues. Your primary focus will be on:

• Resolving problems from multiple regions within the company
• Discovering and resolving errors from various reports
• Reconciling eligibility among systems
• Record monitoring and tracking
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and resolve discrepancies in eligibility records

• Correct records and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues
• Monitor and track records to ensure compliance
• Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis

• Healthcare industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare industry experience

• Experience working with shared mailboxes and work queues
• Knowledge of data entry software and systems
