You'll work closely with various teams across the company to resolve issues, correct records, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex enrollment package records

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple teams across the company
• Identify and correct errors in various reports, reconciling eligibility records between systems
• Monitor and track records, ensuring timely and accurate updates
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and provide green resolutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Advanced education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis
