Associate Director/Director of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting
Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting I am currently searching for a remote Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting for a growing and impressive public Biotech. The Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, would be responsible for SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting and the management of a small team. To be considered as a Associate Director/Director- Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, you must have the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience that includes life science experience
- This experience must include SEC reporting, US GAAP and technical accounting
- Open to someone who is coming from public accounting that has worked with pharma/biotech
- Open to someone who is at a pharma/biotech
- Public experience is preferred
- Management experience
