We are a fast-moving, early-stage digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through performance-driven marketing (SEO, paid ads, social media, etc.). We’re building our client base from the ground up and need hungry closers who can bring in business. The Role This is a pure sales role focused on client acquisition. You will be responsible for finding, pitching, and closing new clients. No account management. No fluff. Just results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders)
- Use cold outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls, or your own methods
- Build your own pipeline consistently
- Sales & Closing
- Run discovery calls
- Understand client pain points
- Pitch digital marketing services clearly
- Close deals independently
- Pipeline Management
- Track leads and conversations
- Follow up consistently
- Maintain a steady flow of opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, or closing deals
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Self-driven and results-focused
- Able to work independently without supervision
