• Manage company's financial assets and ensure optimal utilization of cash resources.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Analyze and report on financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and manage cash balances, debt levels, and investments.
• Coordinate with external banks and financial institutions to execute transactions and maintain banking relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to treasury operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in treasury operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, tax, and legal, to support financial objectives.
• Train and mentor junior treasury analysts to ensure high-quality work and development of skills.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treasury strategies and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of treasury objectives and initiatives.
