Finance Analysr
Finance Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-time Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive business performance and profitability. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers of performance
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across business units
- Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
- Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or analyst roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or financial dashboards
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus
- Experience in corporate finance or investment analysis
