The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and practices, technology, and analytics, as well as a passion for developing creative solutions to complex challenges.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in a strategic HR role. Experience in a technology-driven environment is preferred. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other key stakeholders.
