Business Development Representative – Inside Sales, SaaS, Telecom
Job Description:
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking (100–150 daily connections).
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and engage key decision makers.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate our value.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Inside Sales roles with proven closing success.
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts, with comfort handling longer, more strategic sales cycles.
- Naturally curious and investigative - skilled at researching and identifying the right prospects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident and professional.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
