Join a lean, fast-moving HealthTech team reshaping patient care through AI and real-time data. You’ll own end-to-end builds — no layers, no red tape, just impact. What You’ll Do
- Build and scale full-stack systems for live healthcare workflows
- Write clean, tested code in React + Ruby on Rails
- Design APIs for ops, logistics, and clinical insights
- Collaborate directly with product and engineering leads
- Review code, improve standards, ship fast
- Own features from idea → launch → iteration
Must-Haves
- 5+ years full-stack experience (production systems)
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript + React
- Proven Ruby on Rails experience (or strong MVC background)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
- Clear ownership, bias for action, fast learner
Nice to Have
- PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI/ML exposure
- Experience with analytics-heavy or data pipeline systems
