Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate | Relationship-Focused Role Hybrid / Remote Flexibility | Colorado Market | Part-Time 20–30 Hours Weekly MCS Consulting and Fair Cash Home Buyers are seeking a relationship-focused Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help homeowners navigate real estate decisions with professionalism, empathy, and consistency. This is not a high-pressure call center role. We are a family-owned Colorado real estate company with a long-standing local reputation built on helping people through difficult property situations including inherited homes, downsizing, distressed properties, probate, and life transitions. Our team believes real estate conversations should be consultative, respectful, and solution-oriented. We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, coachable, and genuinely enjoys building relationships over the phone. This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

  • Mortgage
  • Real estate
  • Hospitality/customer service
  • Phone-based relationship management
  • Real estate administration
  • Teaching or service-based professions

No real estate license is required.

Compensation

  • $20–$30 per hour based on experience
  • Performance bonuses tied to company closings

High-performing team members can realistically earn $80,000–$125,000+ annually through long-term growth and bonus opportunities. What You’ll Do

  • Follow up with inbound real estate leads
  • Manage homeowner communication through phone, text, and email
  • Build rapport and identify homeowner needs
  • Pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments
  • Follow up with referral partners and past leads
  • Update CRM notes and property details
  • Manage lead workflows and task follow-up inside REI BlackBook
  • Help maintain consistent communication across a large sales funnel
  • Make approximately 50–100 calls daily across warm and outbound lead sources
