Supervisor, Human Resource

Full time, Mumbai, India

In this role, you will be responsible for performing HR duties, working closely with and supporting line management and employees in Costa Rica. As a specialist, you are knowledgeable in all HR functional areas, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and legal compliance. 

As an Supervisor Human Resource, you will

  • Apply company HR policy and legal regulations related to HR 

  • Ensure functional leaders implement the necessary changes in a timely manner to remain compliant with legislative requirements 

  • Local point of contact for employees and managers for HR related request and questions 

  • Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to various stakeholders 

  • About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and HR experience 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, leadership development 

  • Functional Knowledge facilitating Onboarding through Success Factors
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders 

  • Excellent communication skills in English 

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 

  • Knowledge and experience in applicable employment laws 

  • Hands on experience in inhouse Payroll (Mandatory)
