As a successful, VP Assets, Digital Assets, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s brand presence within the RIA, impact investing, philanthropic, nonprofit, and DAF ecosystems. You will drive new business, collaborate across teams and serve as a conduit for positive impact in communities nationwide.
What you will do:
Own revenue growth for Fiserv’s Digital Asset Platform (DAP), including FIUSD stablecoin adoption across financial institutions and enterprise merchants
Build and execute go-to-market strategy targeting:
Banks (distribution, issuance, liquidity)
Enterprise merchants (acceptance, settlement, cross-border payments)
Translate emerging digital asset use cases into clear commercial value propositions (cost of acceptance, faster settlement, new revenue streams)
What you will need to have:
3–5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or partnership development
Familiarity with mission-driven/values-aligned organizations (e.g., foundations, endowments, nonprofits, or impact sectors) and the ability to engage credibly with stakeholders in that community
Demonstrated success in generating new business or driving revenue-affecting activity
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Comfort presenting to senior leaders and external partners
What would be great to have:
Existing connections or networks within the impact investing, philanthropic advisory, or nonprofit communities
Familiarity with Registered Investment Advisor space and institutional financial solutions (not required but a plus)
Experience with CRM tools, (e.g., Salesforce.)

Salary Range$133,100.00 - $283,300.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
