Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds our DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management

• Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serve as a liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Perform all future upgrades of software
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report utilization to MIS
• Regulate nonexempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Project management experience

• Lone ranger degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Amazing relational and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with data entry, supply chain management, and inventory control
