Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to plan members, addressing their questions and concerns about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Making phone calls to facilitate treatment and provide necessary solutions to members
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure member satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
Training and Development:

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
- Reliability and compliance with certain standards
