Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to plan members, addressing their questions and concerns about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Making phone calls to facilitate treatment and provide necessary solutions to members
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure member satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations

Training and Development:

arenaflex offers a comprehensive 6-week on-site training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
