Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
+ Engage customers and patients through greeting them and providing assistance with products and services + Resolve consumer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience + Fashion and share customer support pleasant practices with all crew members to deliver a unique and beautiful patron experience
Sales and Data Entry
+ Present customers with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient service + Recommend products for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion products + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed + Maintain counters and shelves smooth and well-merchandised, take inventory, and continue facts + Test in and fee products as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by shift leader
Operations and Maintenance
+ Implement agency asset safety strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss + Guarantee compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) + Construct and maintain displays, along with promotional, seasonal, superb systems, and sale merchandise + Complete resets and revisions as directed + Assist with separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on back cabinets) + Have working knowledge on store systems and store equipment + Provide customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image service, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise + Assume net pickup responsibilities (monitors orders in photo care plus, fills orders (select products), can provide orders to customers as they come at store) + Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store circumstances and look
Education and Personal Development
+ Attend training and complete PPLs requested by supervisor or assigned by company
Primary Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Choose six months of experience in retail environments
- Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex
