About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, crafting meaningful connections and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You'll interact with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing exceptional service and support with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, building memorable experiences and fostering customer loyalty.
- Problem-Solving: Stepping up to address customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations.

Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage
- Airport Requirements: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Attendance and Appearance: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
