About arenaflex's Customer Systems Team

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Java Software Engineer on our Customer Systems team, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure Java-based applications and systems
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Developing and maintaining large-scale, high-traffic web applications with low latency and high availability
- Architecting and implementing distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and coding data structures
- Designing and developing REST-based APIs and web services for web applications and mobile clients
- Ensuring the security and reliability of our applications and systems
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code standards
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend systems and applications
- Proven experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and coding data structures
- Familiarity with REST-based APIs and web services
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
