Role Overview
We're seeking dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our remote team as Data Entry Specialists in our customer service live chat division. This role is integral to ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to an exceptional user experience. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and managing customer information into our systems accurately. You will work closely with our customer service and technical support teams to ensure data integrity and aid in resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Accurately input customer information into the database
- Assist in managing live chat communications with customers
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data
