A Day in the Life of a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll work a variety of shifts, including:
- Weekdays: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Weekends: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls from customers and technicians, providing prompt and professional support
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed
- Scheduling appointments with customers and technicians, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
- Maintaining an organized system, documenting and recording services and account changes accurately
- Assisting with miscellaneous office duties as needed, contributing to the success of our HVAC company
