Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional service to customers from the comfort of your home, handling inquiries about reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns. You will resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
