Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing timely and accurate information to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
• Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required

* Previous experience in a call center environment
