Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving complex issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Providing personalized support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand their benefits, plans, and resources
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking interactions with clients, suppliers, and plan supporters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve emergencies and escalate issues to suitable staff
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and resources to provide expert guidance to clients

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
