Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to upgrade or resubscribe their services
- Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives
- Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy
- Adhering to standard contact procedures and building relationships, support for client products and services, and overcoming prospect objections
- Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Must be a North Carolina resident
- Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
- Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
- Professional vocabulary
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Assertive, quick thinking
- Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
- Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
- Good computer skills
