Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and social media. You'll be the face of our brand, providing expert solutions to our customers and fostering engagement and loyalty to our product. Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate and personalized communication to arenaflex users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the video and streaming world to provide expert solutions to our customers
  • Contribute to your ongoing learning and the success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team that help drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience
  • Be an advocate of arenaflex and share product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product
  • Pass customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve arenaflex's offerings

What We Look For

* Experience in streaming with arenaflex (or similar platforms)

  • Understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English language (an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German would be a plus)
  • Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously
  • You are resourceful, flexible, and can hold yourself accountable
  • You are available to work assigned shift rotations as needed
  • Work shift: 5 PM - 2 AM UTC; Days off - Monday and Tuesday

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in using Help Desk platforms and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of video streaming platforms and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with arenaflex or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of RTMP and other streaming protocols
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Additional language proficiency (Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German)
