Key Responsibilities
As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology to access client information and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or B2C environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care and resolving customer complaints
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

Contractual Relationship
As a 1099 contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
Compensation and Benefits
As a 1099 contractor, you'll earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers.
