Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings and how they can benefit from them
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a complete understanding of customer preferences and requirements
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and benefits
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick learning curve and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet!
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Have a reliable computer and internet connection, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
