Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our global customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving basic problems in a timely and professional manner. Primary Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
- Provide customers with basic product and pricing information, as well as answer questions about our products and services.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer orders using various software applications, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Handle basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to other team members or supervisors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour, depending on the geographic region.
