Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our global customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving basic problems in a timely and professional manner. Primary Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.

  • Provide customers with basic product and pricing information, as well as answer questions about our products and services.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer orders using various software applications, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle basic issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner, while escalating complex issues to other team members or supervisors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Keen attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process customer orders and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work well in a busy and dynamic team environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn various software systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used to manage customer interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour, depending on the geographic region.

  • Annual bonuses and other forms of compensation: Depending on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
