Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and shipping processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring all details are up to date and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards, ensuring the security and integrity of customer information.
  • Troubleshooting minor issues with arenaflex systems and shipments, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting, to support the growth and development of our logistics and shipping operations.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Experience with arenaflex or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required. We are open to training the right candidate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with deadlines, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Previous experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Skills:

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Basic understanding of logistics and shipping, with a passion for the industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Working Hours:

As a part-time Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you will have the flexibility to work approximately 20-25 hours per week, with the option to work during regular business hours or evenings based on your availability. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S. and enjoy the freedom and flexibility that comes with remote work.

Compensation:

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience. Pay is bi-weekly via direct deposit, providing a stable and predictable income stream.
