Job Summary
As an Entry Level Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance and answer any questions they may have
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
