Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, working closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, with experience in customer service or support roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
