Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team. As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer calls professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that their expectations are met
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
