You'll work closely with our team to review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email. You'll also participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, investigate discrepancies as they arise, and complete additional projects as assigned. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, and you'll work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
