Key Responsibilities
As an Outreach Specialist for arenaflex hosts, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying arenaflex hosts who may benefit from our services, using a combination of online research and CRM tools.
- Contacting arenaflex hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings and clearly communicating the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hosts through follow-up communications and providing answers to any initial questions, ensuring that our hosts feel supported and valued.

Requirements

- Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
